The Church of our Lord Jesus Christ is growing rapidly in Africa today.  Christians need teaching and pastoral care, but there are very few pastors. Kapsabet Bible College helps to give Biblical Training to man and women who have dedicated their lives to God and who desire to serve Him above everything else. We trust that God has brought you Kapsabet Bible College so that you will be equipped for the work of the ministry, and also that your life will be challenged to do something about the great needs of people around us. We trust that your time at Kapsabet Bible College will be a time of great spiritual growth.

 

It will not always be easy living in a close community such as this.  Problems due to differences in culture and various levels of maturity will arise, but the important thing is to work through such difficulties in a scriptural way. By our lives and testimonies we can “stimulate one another to love and good deeds” Hebrews 10:24. We also have a responsibility to care for and help our fellow Christian.  If he is discouraged, try to encourage: if he is not behaving, as he ought, get alongside and attempt to show him a better way of living.

 

In such a community, rules are necessary to ensure that the least harm comes to our fellow Christian through our sometimes sinful and unloving ways.  So please keep the rules.  There is always a good reason why these rules are there. Discipline is needed in the studies, love and concern in our relationship with others and great desire to grow in our knowledge and love of our lord and Saviour Jesus Christ
