PERSONAL APPEARANCE
We can display our Christianity by the way care and we dress for ourselves. Someone has said: “Cleanliness is next to Godliness “. The following points will help you in your personal appearance.

In II Timothy 2:21, we read that we should be “An instrument for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the master and prepared to do any good work.”
DORMITORY LIFE
A student’s life here will be spent in the dormitory. Therefore, it is necessary that harmony exists between you and others in that setting. For this to take place we have set up the following points:
-
PREFECTS: The student body will elect A Dormitory prefect and Assistant Dormitory Prefect and the work of prefect will be to post dormitory assignments and to keep things running smoothly. He has to see that the dormitory rules are observed and serious matters must be reported to the Dean of students. The Head Girls and Assistant will look after the ladies: Dorms.

DISCIPLINE
It is our desire at Kapsabet Bible College to see all the students develop good Christian Conduct. The following points are set forth to help students reach these goals.
-
Every student is expected to maintain the best Christian testimony while in and out of Kapsabet Bible college
-
The use of tobacco, any kind of alcoholic drink, gambling illegal drugs ( miraa and Bhangh etc ) cinema ( worldly movies and dancing is forbidden. In I John 2 we are told not to be worldly.
-
The students are expected to be very careful during social times when they are with the opposite sex. Any circumstance, which might appear questionable, should be avoid. Students can have a social time in the Dinning Hall between 6:30 PM and 7.00 Pm each day. Since many visitors come on campus, we may get complaints if they see couples together under trees, around buildings and lying on the grass. We want to maintain a good testimony on the campus. Couples should not be seen together in a room, alone, at any time.
-
Before a student becomes engaged he should check with the staff first. The school does not encourage students to get married while in school. If a student feels he wants to get married while in school, the school may ask him to leave for one year.
-
The school expects evidence of maturing Christian character, an attitude of concern for others, and a willingness to submit to the spiritual authority of Christian leaders.
-
Each student is expected to make the best use of time. This should discipline itself in his study habits, participation in spiritual activities, faithful attendance in church and the discerning use of TV radio, and the printed page.
-
Each student is to avoid every form of dishonesty, including falsehoods, cheating on exams or assignments, and failure to meet financial obligations promptly.
-
By virtue of the student’s enrollment, you agree to live within the framework of these standards.
-
The staff will discuss the breaking of any of the above points of conduct. The breaking of any of these may result in one or more of these:
-
Being restricted to the campus for some time
-
Being suspended for some time
-
Being dismissed from the school
These regulations are made because no institution can run smoothly without them. We thank the Lord for the excellent library we have. Students are use to make full use of this learning resource while at the school. The Kapsabet Bible College Library is intended as a place where students can make use of the books and magazine provided, in order to do research, either for school assignments or personal profit.
